The first trailer of Vishal Bhardwaj's most awaited dark drama Haider is out and is already making waves for Shahid Kapoor and Shraddha Kapoor's sparkling chemistry and Tabu's eye-catching presence. Presenting Shahid Kapoor in a bald avatar, Haider runs high on expectations owing to its Kashmir connect and Shakespeare's story - Hamlet, on which the film is based. Haider may not just be an intriguing film on love and revenge but may offer much more of the Kashmir valley. Know the six reasons that make the movie special and worth waiting for.
The trailer looks promising with Shahid going bald for the first time, raging flames of revenge and anger. Going by the mood of the film, Shahid Kapoor will be seen in an entirely different avatar from his usual fun-loving self.
Director Vishal Bhardwaj has derived the best of Tabu in their previous flick together ‘Maqbool’. The actress is already making waves for her impressive act in the film’s trailer which shows her in a mysterious role with shades of grey.
Shraddha Kapoor will be seen in the role of a reporter Arshia in the film whose first look showed the scintillating chemistry between the lead actors Shahid Kapoor and Shraddha Kapoor.
Kashmir has always fascinated Bollywood filmmakers with its snow-covered mountains and its shikaras. Haider has been shot at several locations including Sonamarg, Anantnag, Pahalgam and Dal Lake. Vishal Bhardwaj nailed the idea as it also engulfed the political intrigue and history of Kashmir.

Khul Kabhi Toh

Khul kabhi to, khul kabhi kahin
Main aasmaan, tu meri zameen
Boond-boond barsun main
Paani-paani khelun-khelun aur beh jaaun
Geele-geele hothon ko main
Baarishon se choomun-choomun aur keh jaaun
Tu.. zameen hai, tu.. meri zameen

Khul kabhi toh, khul kabhi kahin
Main aasmaan, tu meri zameen

mmmm...

Lab tere yun khule jaise harf thhe
Honth par yun ghule jaise barf thhe
Aana zara-zara main haule-haule
Saans-saans senk doon tujhe

Lab tere yun khule jaise harf thhe
Honth par yun ghule jaise barf thhe
Tu hi tu hai, main kahin nahi

Hmm.. khul kabhi to, khul kabhi kahin
Hmm.. main aasmaan, tu meri zameen

Jhuk ke jab jhumka main choom raha tha
Der tak gulmohar jhoom raha tha
Jal ke main sochta tha:
Gulmohar ki aag hi mein phenk doon tujhe

Jhuk ke jab jhumka main choom raha tha
Der tak gulmohar jhoom raha tha
Tu meri kasam, tu mera yaqeen

Khul kabhi toh, khul kabhi kahin
Main aasmaan, tu meri zameen
Boond boond barsun main
Paani-paani kehlun-khelun aur beh jaaun
mmm.. geele-geele honthon ko main
Baarishon se choomun-choomun aur keh jaaun..
